Questions parents ask
What days are parties?
Saturdays. Want a different day? Call or message us. Some Sundays are open, especially in the off-season.
Do we need an account?
Yes, a free Formula Cheer account. You make one when you book: it's how you pay the deposit and see who's coming. You don't need to be in a class.
How do we book?
Tap Book a party, pick a Saturday and a start time, and pay the $100 deposit to hold it. We'll confirm the time, then you get an invitation link to send your guests.
How do we pay?
By card in the app. The $100 deposit books your Saturday. The other $275 is charged to the same card a week before the party.
Do guests need a waiver?
Yes. Every child on the floor needs one signed by a parent. It's right on the invitation: guests RSVP and sign in about a minute, no app or account needed.
Can we bring food and a cake?
Yes. Bring your own food, drinks, cake and decorations. No extra charge.
How early can we arrive?
Up to 15 minutes before your start time, to drop off food and decorations.
What should kids wear?
Comfy clothes they can move in, hair tied back, and no jewelry. Kids go barefoot or in socks on the floor.
Can grown-ups go on the equipment?
No, the equipment is for the kids. Our coaches run everything on the floor, and grown-ups are welcome to watch and take pictures.
Can we stay longer?
Sorry, no. The gym is booked around each party, so parties end on time.
What if we need to cancel?
Deposits and payments aren't refundable. If something comes up, call us and we'll try to move your party to another Saturday.
